GPOD Golf Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the GPOD Golf Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. GPOD Golf (“Company,” “we,” “our”) may update these terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Eligibility

  • All affiliate applications are subject to approval by GPOD Golf.

  • We may revoke participation at any time for any reason, including misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Paid Advertising Restrictions

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

  • Running paid ads that link directly or indirectly to:

    • Their affiliate link

    • gpodgolf.com

  • Running paid ads that compete with GPOD Golf’s official advertising.

  • Running paid ads that impersonate, resemble, or present themselves as official GPOD Golf ads.

  • Bidding on GPOD Golf brand terms in any advertising platform, including but not limited to:

    • “GPOD”

    • “GPOD Golf”

    • “GPOD X”

    • “GPOD X”

    • "GPOD Pauly P"

    • Any misspellings, variations, or trademarked phrases.

2.2 Coupon / Deal Site Restrictions

Affiliates may not:

  • Submit affiliate links to coupon websites, deal aggregators, cashback platforms, promo code sites, or discount forums.

  • Advertise affiliate links as “exclusive discounts” or “special codes” unless explicitly provided by GPOD Golf.

2.3 Resale & Unauthorized Distribution

Affiliates are prohibited from:

  • Purchasing GPOD Golf products for resale or redistribution.

  • Representing themselves as authorized retailers or distributors.

  • Offering GPOD Golf products as part of their own packaged deals, bundles, or promotions without written approval.

2.4 Brand Misrepresentation & IP Misuse

Affiliates may not:

  • Impersonate GPOD Golf or claim to represent the company.

  • Use GPOD Golf branding, logos, assets, or product photography in a way that mimics official marketing.

  • Create usernames, domains, or social handles resembling GPOD Golf (e.g., “gpodofficial,” “gpoddeals,” “gpodcoupon”, "gpodcanada", "gpodjapan").

  • Alter GPOD Golf logos or product images without permission.

2.5 Spam, Misleading Content & Deceptive Practices

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Sending unsolicited emails (“spam”) containing affiliate links.

  • Posting misleading, inaccurate, or deceptive promotional content.

  • Misrepresenting product performance, features, or pricing.

  • Using bots, fake accounts, click farms, or automated systems to inflate traffic.

  • Cookie stuffing or other methods that force or manipulate tracking.

2.6 Unauthorized Discounts

Affiliates must not:

  • Promote or distribute discount codes not provided by GPOD Golf.

  • Combine affiliate earnings with unapproved promotions, bundles, or giveaways.

2.7 Fraudulent Orders

  • Self-referrals (using your own affiliate link to purchase) are strictly forbidden.

  • Fraudulent, refunded, or canceled orders do not earn commissions.

3. Commission & Payment

  • Commissions are earned only on qualified purchases made through properly attributed affiliate links.

  • GPOD Golf reserves the right to adjust or withhold commissions due to:

    • Order cancellations

    • Returns/refunds

    • Fraud

    • Violations of these Terms

  • Payout schedules and thresholds are defined in the affiliate dashboard.

4. Termination

GPOD Golf may suspend or terminate an affiliate account immediately for any violation of these Terms or behavior harmful to the GPOD Golf brand.

Upon termination:

  • All unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

  • All affiliate links, codes, and promotional content referencing GPOD Golf must be removed.

5. Limitation of Liability

GPOD Golf is not liable for:

  • Loss of commissions due to tracking failures, technical issues, or policy violations.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

7. Acceptance

By joining or continuing to participate in the GPOD Golf Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
